SpreadTrends provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). SpreadTrends reviews these TOS on an annual basis and may update or amend them at any time.

The date these TOS were last updated is identified at the top of this page. You are responsible for periodically visiting the SpreadTrends website and these TOS to check for any changes.

SpreadTrends provides users with access to a collection of resources including sports-related information, editorial content, statistics, rankings, and predictions (the "Service").

All data and information is produced for informational purposes only and is not intended to be used in violation of any law(s). You understand that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that SpreadTrends assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, accuracy, or mis-delivery of the Service.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or information provided as part of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, rebroadcasting, reproducing, or retransmitting any information via print, email, or the Internet (including postings on other sites, newsgroups, message boards, and forums).

Any usage information and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Through your use of the Service you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by SpreadTrends and its affiliates.

All users must be 21 years of age or older; minors are strictly prohibited. You agree that you meet this minimum age requirement.

All Content available as part of the Service is the exclusive property of SpreadTrends and/or its partners. SpreadTrends will make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any Content.

You agree to indemnify and hold SpreadTrends, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.

This includes reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content made available through the Service, your use of the Service, or your violation of these TOS.

You acknowledge that SpreadTrends may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that certain information or other Content will be included in the Service.

SpreadTrends reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits at any time.

You acknowledge that the Service and any necessary software contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except as expressly authorized, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

Your correspondence or business dealings with advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, are solely between you and such advertiser.

You agree that SpreadTrends shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources.

SpreadTrends is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

SpreadTrends reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Beyond entitlement to a prorated refund of fees previously paid for discontinued fee-based services, you agree that SpreadTrends shall not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

SpreadTrends does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. Any exceptions are handled at our sole discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages.

Accordingly, some of the above limitations of Sections 13 and 14 may not apply to you.
